ASSOCIATE PARTNER NUMBERS CONTINUE TO GROW.....
Since May 2006 we have been recruiting new Associate Partners
to join the ARL recruitment franchise and we are seeing extraordinary
success.
Recruitment consultants and entrepreneurs across the UK are benefiting greatly
from the innovative recruitment franchise model ARL has brought to the industry
and earning what would be their basic annual salary within 3-6 months. Each
Associate Partner works from home or a small office and specialises in the
industry sector that they have most experience in. (Full training is offered to
the new Recruiter) They have the ability to concentrate fully on the core
activity of recruitment as they benefit from full back office support and all
the tools and resources they would expect from any large recruitment company.
Associate Partners numbers growing.....
ARL enable Recruitment Consultants to startup their own
recruitment company on an 'Invest As You Go' basis.
ARL's Associate Partnership Scheme provides recruitment
consultants the opportunity to startup their own recruitment agency as a part of
a nationwide recruitment franchise network without the need to pay an upfront
franchise fee of tens of thousands of pounds. The innovative recruitment
franchise from ARL is based on an 'Invest As You Go' model whereby consultants
pay a monthly fee for all the tools, resources and support ARL provides. By
paying monthly Associate Partners do not have a high initial investment which
they have to make back before they are in profit; with one placement made,
Partners can instantly become profitable.
CHANGING THE FUTURE OF RECRUITMENT
ARL, a market leader in the field of franchised recruitment.
After three successful years in growing a recruitment
organisation, ARL have now released what can only be called "a
breath of fresh air" with regards to the future of
recruitment and the way in which professional recruitment consultants work
together. Read the Join Us page for more details on the Associate Partnership
Scheme.
