Covering maternity leave

Salary: is £41,000. - £45,000 per annum

Post is 8 + months This post would start on 18th February

Responsible to: Managing Director

Responsible for: Home Managers

Main Purpose of the Job:

To assist the Managing Director to ensure that the Home and Home Care Managers are maintaining a height standard of care across our clients Care Homes. and in the absence of the Managing Director, to take mutual responsibility for the day to day management of the Company in conjunction with the JC.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

To ensure the Senior Managers and other key members of staff, in the development and implementation of the Company's philosophy of Holistic care for all residents and clients.

To assist the Managing Director in ensuring that the Company meets the requirements of the Care Standards Act 2000.

To bring to the attention of the Managing Director any incidents or matters of significant concern which may impact adversely on the Company and require Senior Management attention

To ensure that the senior management keep the Buildings to a high standard of cleanliness and appearance.

To assist JC to ensure that the management team complies with all aspects of employment law and support Managers in the implementation of Policies - Procedures and good practice.

To ensure the management team are using appropriate staffing levels.

To investigate complaints that and ensure that the management team and dealing with them appropriately.

To ensure that the management team are operating effectively and that they are managing effectively on a day to day basis.

To support the organisation in the further development of the company.
