The Role:

We are looking for a passionate Marketer to join an established and busy Marketing team in Penzance. As Marketing Manager you will oversee some of the marketing requirements for the group. The role will be a 12 month contract initially but with the possibility of a permanent contract. It will be working remotely within the short term but when restrictions are eased the role will be based from the Penzance office.

Required skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to coordinate a diverse workload
• The ability to work with stakeholders and deliver work to a high standard
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Marketing qualification preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in Excel essential


Experience within:

• B2C and B2B marketing campaigns
• CRM (preferably Salesforce)
• CMS (WordPress etc.)
• Marketing automation software (Pardot or similar)
• Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Digital marketing
• ROI analysis and reporting
• Managing projects
• Event management
• Experience managing a team
