Russell started his career working for BMW, rapidly proving he was an astute business man, Russell reached the position of Managing Director within a large BMW franchise. He then went on to works as a Management Consultant assisting many companies to improve their operations and sales. He joined the management team of one of his clients where he was responsible for the implementation and control of the company's many procedures and policies. Russell then moved across to assist with the sales function and soon became the Sales Director. In 2001 he became responsible for the overseas operations, nurturing the many international relationships that he was instrumental in developing.
A long held ambition of Russell's was to start a recruitment company, and he decided to do so the result is Additional Resources.
Tracy has good experience developing business opportunities and client relationships. Firstly within her own business, enlisting well known high street and international names to buy her products via trade shows, meetings and magazine PR. She then moved to work for an exhibition company selling stands to large blue chip companies and varied sectors.
She took the move into Recruitment in 2004 and Tracy has enjoyed success as a commercial consultant with Additional Resources and now as an Associate Manager enjoying the challenge that industry competition and client expectations bring.
Daniel has a experience in running contractor payrolls and dealing with temporary workers. He made the move to recruitment in 2010 joining Additional Resources.
Daniel's role has grown at Additional Resources developing business and building a rapport with new and existing clients. His extensive industrty knowledge has helped him to do so.
Holly has worked in HR advisory roles and is an Associate Member of the CIPD. She understands that effective recruitment is about having an impact on the longer term issues such as future skills development, organisational
performance and employer brand. Her role at Additional Resources is Associate Manager where she enjoys providing support to Associates and coaching them through each part of the recruitment process.
